We build on WordPress (with Elementor), Shopify, WooCommerce and Wix, and recommend the best fit for your business and budget.
Do you use AI to build websites?
Yes. We use AI-assisted development and copywriting tools to build faster, test more thoroughly and include more features in every package. A person reviews every page before launch.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. We build on platforms that let you edit text and images without code, and we can handle updates for you if you prefer.
Will I own my website?
Yes. Your domain, website, content and logins stay in your name.
Pricing & payments
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the number of pages and the features you need. During our 10-Year Anniversary Offer, landing pages start at $499, business websites at $899 and e-commerce stores at $1,199. Every project gets a fixed quote after a free consultation, so you know the exact cost before work begins.
What is your refund policy?
If work on your project has not started, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. You get a fixed quote listing every page and feature before work begins. Third-party costs, such as your domain name or premium plugins, are agreed with you up front.
How much is hosting after the first year?
Managed hosting starts at $15 a month, billed annually. You are also free to move your website to any host you like.
How long does the 10-Year Anniversary Offer last?
The offer prices apply to projects quoted while the offer is running. Ask for a quote and we will confirm your price in writing.
Process & timeline
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the size of the site. You get a clear timeline with your quote, and we keep you updated at every step.
How many design revisions do I get?
There is no fixed limit on revisions. We keep refining your design with your feedback, within the pages and features agreed in your quote.
What do you need from me?
Your logo and brand colors if you have them, any photos or content you would like to use, and access to your domain. If you need help with copy, we write it for you.
Hosting, SEO & automation
Is hosting included?
Every website package includes the first year of managed hosting free. After that, you can continue with our hosting and care or move your site wherever you like.
What website automation is included?
Every package includes automated lead capture, instant email alerts for new enquiries and auto-reply emails to customers. Depending on the package we also set up online booking, a FAQ chatbot, leads saved to Google Sheets or your CRM, and order and abandoned-cart emails for online stores.
What is on-page SEO, and do I need it?
Every website we build is SEO-ready at launch, with meta titles, schema markup, a sitemap, compressed images and fast pages. The on-page SEO add-on goes further, with keyword research and page-by-page optimization so you rank for the searches that matter.
